Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and analytically-minded Cluster Revenue Manager to join our organization and contribute to Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Novotel Vijayawada Varun & The Bheemili Resort Managed by Accor.

The role will be based in Visakhapatnam, India, with monthly travel to Vijayawada as per schedule.

In this role, you will oversee revenue management operations across the three properties, driving profitability through data-driven pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and yield optimization. You will partner with property-level teams to implement revenue strategies that maximize occupancy, average daily rate, and overall revenue performance while maintaining competitive market positioning across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement revenue management strategies across the three units to optimize profitability and market share

Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and demand patterns to support pricing decisions and forecasting

Monitor key KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and Total Revenue across the cluster

Collaborate with General Managers and Sales teams to align revenue strategy with operational and market opportunities

Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review

Conduct regular pricing reviews and recommend adjustments based on market conditions

Identify revenue optimization opportunities and drive incremental revenue initiatives

Ensure compliance with revenue management standards and best practices across all three properties


Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years managing multiple properties or a cluster environment

Proven expertise in yield management, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization across multiple units

Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budget planning at cluster level

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

Experience with revenue management systems, PMS, and business intelligence tools

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and convert insights into actionable revenue strategies

Strong understanding of hospitality operations, market dynamics, and revenue drivers across different hotel segments

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence General Managers and senior stakeholders

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure

Proficiency in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting

Experience in budget monitoring, financial reporting, and performance reviews across multiple properties

Sound knowledge of revenue management best practices and industry standards

Ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, sales, and operations teams within a cluster setup
