Job Description

Ready to make a real impact on sustainability while gaining hands-on experience in an international environment? Join Accor’s Sustainability team and contribute to meaningful CSR initiatives that help drive change across our hotel network in Europe and North Africa.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven team working at the heart of the hospitality industry’s transformation.

What will you do?

Support the deployment of Accor’s CSR and sustainability strategy across hotels in Europe & North Africa
Assist with project coordination and key initiatives, including preparing presentations, gathering data, and supporting stakeholder meetings
Act as a support point for hotels by sharing best practices and helping animate the sustainability community across the region
Contribute to flagship initiatives such as the Accor Sustainability Awards, helping track progress and engage participating hotels
Help raise awareness around sustainability through internal campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and digital content
Support monitoring of sustainability performance indicators and help identify opportunities for improvement across the network

Qualifications

We’d love to meet someone who:

Is currently pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in CSR, Communications, Tourism, or a related field
Has a strong interest in sustainability and is motivated to turn values into action
Enjoys working in international and multicultural teams (our team is proudly diverse!)
Is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute ideas and solutions
Is comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint
Speaks English and French fluently (Spanish or German would be a plus)
