Job Title: Administration Supervisor

This position will require the travel between the lodges and is bush based.

KEY OUTPUTS:

  1. 1.    Financial and Admin Oversight

-       Ensure smooth day-to-day administration across multiple locations (lodges + regional office).

-      Standardize and enforce systems, processes, and reporting to maintain consistency.

-      Oversee record-keeping, financial admin (invoices, reconciliations, petty cash), procurement, and compliance with company policies.

  1. 2.    People Leadership & Management

-      Supervise, train, and support lodge admin staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

-      Act as the link between lodge teams and the regional office, ensuring good communication flow.

-      Monitor workload distribution, resolve admin-related issues, and ensure accountability across all sites.

  1. 3.    Systems & Reporting

-      Prepare consolidated reports (financial, HR, operational) for management.

-      Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and company compliance standards.

-      Audit admin processes across lodges to maintain accuracy, transparency, and reliability of data.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Self-confidence, maturity and friendliness
  • A strong personality with the ability to be firm and keep budgets inline.
  • Able to work under pressure with perseverance, patience and excellent organisational skills
  • Able to do a job that is very demanding without complaint, putting in extra time if the job needs it
  • Clean, neat and tidy as a person and in the workplace
  • Sober and honest

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Read and understand English.
  • Able to work on all Microsoft packages

KNOWLEDGE, PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management / something similar
  • Previous managerial experience an advantage

This talented individual should have excellent organisational skills whilst showing perseverance and patience. Needs to be able to work under pressure and enjoy working with people.
