Job Description
Knowledge in cutting, grinding and preparing meat
Ensure all meats are handled and stored according to food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor quality and freshness of all meat products, reporting any spoilage or concerns

Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of working experience in the same industry
Good leadership and management skills
Can work in a fast phase working environment
Working with minimal supervision
