What you will be doing:

Provide warm, professional, and personalized service in line with Forbes Five-Star standards
Anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive service, creating memorable and tailored experiences
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering knowledgeable recommendations
Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met
Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, including breakfast, brunch specialties, and lunch items
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail across all service areas
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless and elevated service flow
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
Follow all health, safety, and responsible service standards
Assist with opening and closing duties, including set-up and breakdown for all daytime services
Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in a luxury or high-volume environment
Strong understanding of, or passion for, Forbes Five-Star or luxury service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Knowledge of food, wine, and coffee service is an asset
Valid Serving It Right certification required
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
