What you will be doing:
Support servers in delivering exceptional breakfast service in line with Forbes Five-Star standards
Assist with table service, including delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting for new guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
Anticipate guest and team needs, providing proactive and timely support
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and leadership to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain knowledge of menu items to confidently assist guests when required
Follow all health, safety, and service standards
Assist with opening and closing duties, including set-up and breakdown of breakfast service

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an asset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
Valid Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
