Job Description
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing arrivals and departures
Responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously
Communicating with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met
Actively resolving guest issues and challenges
Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program
Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts and nights as required.
You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of team members
Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous
Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy
Responsible Service of Alcohol
C Class Driver’s Licence
