We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Barback to join our team at the prestigious Olympic Bar, located within the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. If you have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating an unforgettable guest experience, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages with precision and efficiency
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and all related equipment
Replenish bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and ingredients, to ensure uninterrupted service
Collaborate closely with the bar team to support smooth and efficient operations
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing top-notch service
Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Qualifications
Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
Food Handers Card and MAST permit required
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
