What you will be doing:

Supervise the daily operations of In-Room Dining, ensuring service excellence at all times
Lead, coach, and support the team to deliver Forbes 5-Star service standards
Ensure all orders are prepared, delivered, and presented accurately and on time
Monitor quality, presentation, and consistency of all food and beverage items
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless service
Conduct pre-shift briefings and support training and development of colleagues
Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties as required
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all In-Room Dining areas and equipment
Uphold all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management
Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Previous Food & Beverage experience, preferably in In-Room Dining or a supervisory role
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for guest service and luxury hospitality
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros) is an asset
Valid Serving It Right certification
