Job Description

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to luxury hospitality standards
Create and present signature cocktails with creativity and consistency
Provide personalized and engaging service to enhance guest experience
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area
Monitor and manage bar stock, supplies, and inventory levels
Ensure proper product quality, presentation, and portion control
Collaborate closely with F&B, kitchen, and service teams for smooth operations
Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently
Follow all safety, hygiene, and brand service standards at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end bars
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
Creative and passionate about beverage innovation and presentation
Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency in service
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
