Medical Staff

RN's, LPN's, EMT's

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Be the primary medical caregiver for groups of students Monday-Friday

• Oversee distribution of medications following strict medical direction assigned by a MD or parent of a visiting child

• Communicate with parents, teachers and Nature’s Classroom staff as to the medical needs of individual students

• Provide emergency care and services as needed

• Organize and stock medical supply cabinet

• Document and organize medications arriving with our visiting schools

• Live on property during programming

Qualifications and Skills:

• RN: current license as a Registered Nurse in MA, CT, NH, ME, RI, or NY (Nature's Classroom will reimburse the acquisition of additional licenses for states in which we operate)

• EMT: Nationally registered (NREMT certified)

Benefits:

• RN: salary range is ($850 - Negotiable) per week based on the number of students and previous experience

• EMT: salary range is ($550 - Negotiable) per week [with optional weekly incentives] based on the number of students and previous experience

• Room and board provided 7 days a week

• No weekend duties/responsibilities
