Job Description

Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems.

Conduct routine inspections of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify maintenance needs and ensure brand standards are met.

Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner to minimize disruption to hotel operations and guest experience.

Assist with special projects, renovations, and capital improvements as assigned.

Ensure all preventive maintenance programs are followed and updated as needed.


Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Technical, trade, or vocational training preferred.

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering in a hotel environment.

Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, associates, and leadership
