Job Description

Organize Sports Activities:

Develop and coordinate a variety of sports and recreational programs for different age groups and skill levels, including team sports, fitness classes, and educational workshops.
Manage Events:

Plan, organize, and oversee both large and small sports events, such as tournaments, competitions, and recreational activities.
Engage with Guests:

Interact with guests and participants to ensure an enjoyable and positive experience. Motivate and encourage participants throughout the activities.
Promote Activities:

Advertise and promote sports activities through various communication channels, such as bulletin boards, social media, and newsletters.
Provide Training:

Offer training sessions and guidance to participants, including teaching new techniques and improving performance.
Manage Equipment:

Ensure that all necessary sports equipment is maintained and readily available for use.
Monitor Performance:

Observe and assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and overall experience.
Coordinate with Other Teams:

Work closely with other teams, such as health staff, service providers, and administrators, to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

Qualifications

Education:

A degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
Experience:

Previous experience in organizing sports activities or working in similar environments is preferred.
Skills:

Strong communication skills, ability to motivate others, and good organizational abilities.
Technical Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of sports and safety procedures related to them.
Ability to Work Under Pressure:

Ability to handle changing conditions and solve problems quickly and effectively.

Additional Information

Implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way,
reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment and lead to
staffs.
Provide carrying chemicals safely, carrying, storing and using in accordance with
laws, controlling reducing chemical dirtiness.
Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety
management systems implemented at the facility.
Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified
in the job description.
