Job Description
PURPOSE STATEMENT

To generate and grow sales whilst maintaining required GP%, good agent relationships and excellent customer service by offering excellent itineraries to meet and exceed agent & guests expectations.
To secure, cost and present product to the customer accurately, efficiently, timeously and with zero errors.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reservations
• Quoting and invoicing (Groups and FITs)
• Maintain & grow own customer base
• Professional and efficient stakeholder communication & liaison
• General Administration
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:
• Namibian citizen/Namibian permanent residence
• 2- 3 years tourism experience / Diploma in Travel and Tourism will be an advantage
• Passion and understanding of the tourism industry
• Good knowledge of Namibian tourist attractions
• Good computer literacy specifically in MS Word, Excel & Outlook / Tourplan will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• French/German language will be an added advantage
• Willingness & commitment to partake in ongoing training and development
• Must think logically with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
• Good stress management skills
• Results orientated team player
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license will be an advantage
