Project Manager – Data & Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the central Data & Analytics team, working closely with business stakeholders and data teams to shape, coordinate, and enable key data initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a central coordination point for data initiatives across multiple business units and brands, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to shape initiatives, clarify objectives, and align expectations around scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Provide a consolidated and structured view of ongoing data initiatives, helping stakeholders understand dependencies, sequencing, and overall roadmap impact
• Enable smooth collaboration between data engineering, analytics teams, business users, and external partners where required
• Establish simple and effective structures or governance practices that drive progress without creating unnecessary complexity
• Maintain visibility on investments, budgets, and resource allocation to support informed prioritization and planning decisions
• Provide clear, structured, and outcome-focused updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions required

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience in project/program management within cross-functional environments, working closely with diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Proven ability to influence discussions at multiple levels while aligning business objectives with technical delivery outcomes
• Experience acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and realistic expectations across initiatives
• Sound understanding of financial aspects including budget tracking, forecasting, and maintaining visibility on costs and investments
• Familiarity with collaboration and planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project, along with exposure to data or BI ecosystems
• Strong ownership mindset with excellent communication skills, structured thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities while building trusted relationships across teams
