Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Spa Manager to lead our luxury spa facility in Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel. As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse spa team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement
- Oversee all daily spa operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experiences, increase customer satisfaction, and build long-term loyalty
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, cost control, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards across all spa treatments and services, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with hotel departments and external partners to create integrated guest journeys and support marketing initiatives
- Innovate and develop new spa treatments, wellness programs, and promotional offerings that align with market trends and guest preferences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, maintaining detailed documentation and conducting staff training on protocols
- Analyze operational metrics and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory to optimize quality and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support staff onboarding and training programs
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues decisively while maintaining transparency and service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in Spa Management, Wellness, or similar discipline is preferred
- Minimum 3 or more years of progressive experience in spa or hospitality management, with proven track record of leading teams and managing operations
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, revenue analysis, and business performance optimization
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Exceptional guest service orientation with a commitment to delivering luxury experiences and exceeding expectations consistently
- Comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness concepts, industry trends, and best practices in the spa and hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and engage with diverse, international clientele
- Proficiency in spa management software, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant technology platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach to quality assurance and operational excellence
- Strategic thinking and visionary mindset with the ability to innovate and drive organizational growth
- Knowledge of health, safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements specific to spa and wellness facilities
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement processes
