Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant Spa Manager to support the daily operations of our luxury spa facility. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, team supervision, and guest satisfaction in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring service quality and cleanliness standards are consistently met
Support the Spa Manager in scheduling, shift planning, and daily task coordination
Lead, motivate, and monitor spa therapists and attendants during shifts
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and grooming standards
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary
Monitor treatment rooms, facilities, and equipment; report maintenance issues promptly
Support inventory control, linen management, and product usage tracking
Assist with training new team members and reinforcing service standards
Ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed at all times
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a spa or wellness operation, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
Prior same role experience is an advantage
Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and guest service flow
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Good command of English
Well-groomed, professional appearance with a service-oriented mindset
