Job Description
We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles Doha as our new Lobby Ambassador.
The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel. The role is responsible for welcoming guests warmly, assisting with inquiries, coordinating guest flow, and ensuring the lobby experience reflects the elegance and luxury standards of the Raffles brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance during arrival and departure.
Escort or guide guests to reception, concierge, lounges, restaurants, and hotel facilities.
Assist guests with hotel information, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Security teams for smooth operations.
Manage lobby traffic and maintain guest comfort during busy periods.
Provide personalized attention to VIP, VVIP, and long-stay guests.
Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure the lobby appearance and ambiance meet luxury standards.
Maintain excellent grooming, etiquette, and brand presentation at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, front office, or guest relations preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Professional appearance and confident personality.
Ability to stay calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural awareness and excellent customer service mindset.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
