Responsibilities
- Supervise the service on the floor, guaranteeing quality, times and standards
- Coordinate and lead the team of servers, hostesses, and support staff
- Ensure the correct presentation of tables, assembly and setting
- Track guest satisfaction during their experience
- Handle complaints and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Support in the continuous training of the team
- Verify compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
- Control basic inventories and operational supplies
- Support in the opening and closing of the restaurant
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure fluidity in service
Requirements
- Technical career or bachelor's degree in Tourism, Gastronomy, Hospitality or related
- Intermediate English (desirable)
- Excellent presentation and service attitude
- Leadership and communication skills
- Schedule availability (rotating shifts)
Experience
- 2 to 3 years in restaurant operation
- Previous experience as a captain, floor manager, or supervisor
- Experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels (desirable)
- Knowledge in service, wines and protocol
