We are currently looking for our next Spa Salesperson, whose main objective will be to maximize the Spa's revenue by actively promoting our facilities and services throughout the hotel, as well as facilitating the reservation process.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 1 year as a Spa Concierge, Spa Receptionist or Concierge in Luxury Hospitality.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration or related.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness products.
- Orientation to results and service excellence.
Activities to be carried out:
- Responsible for promoting all services, facilities and special promotions of the spa in the different areas of the hotel.
- Achieve the financial objectives set by the Spa Management.
- In charge of receiving all groups and weddings that arrive at the hotel.
- Interact with guests to get feedback on our services, pricing, and overall experience.
Technical Skills/Knowledge:

- Sale of spa, wellness and beauty treatments.
