Responsibilities
❑Drive rooms revenue performance through effective operational strategies and upselling initiatives.
❑Ensure strong execution and continuous improvement of brand standards across all Rooms Division operations.
❑Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement action plans to enhance service delivery.
❑Optimize room inventory management, productivity, and operational efficiency.
❑Lead and develop teams to deliver consistent service excellence aligned with brand expectations.
❑Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities and guest experience.
❑Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with brand and quality standards.
❑Analyze operational and financial reports to identify revenue growth and improvement opportunities.
